Prior to taking the "Land Your First Tech Job" course I was working HOURS a day trying to become proficient enough of a developer in order to one day break into tech. I enjoy coding more than most (I'm sure); but as my only viable strategy for breaking into tech, my dreams seemed a long way off. Then I discovered Break Into Tech! In Land your First Tech Job, Jeremy showed me that there really could be an actual process for getting a job in tech. He made the process SO simple, practical and straight-ahead I started to wonder if I actually needed to become a developer to break into tech. If my theory was correct, my timeline would certainly decrease if anything. For that reason It seemed worth looking into so I found myself in his "Find Your Fit" Course. There I was able to learn the full scope of where I could immediately add value most to a tech company utilizing my already existing skill-sets. For the past 6 months (at least), my prior strategy for getting a job in tech consisted of daily applying at any and all places where I might possibly be able to add value with what little skill I had and then thought I needed to have. These efforts - no matter how consistent - seemed to produce minimal to no results. However, within two weeks of completing and putting Jeremy's plan from both courses into action, I had already made it to the final interview round at two completely different companies for a position in Customer Success. Still just within two weeks, I received an official job offer and I am happy to report I have accepted! There's so much more to say but for the sake of time, I just want to say thank you to Jeremy for making this course. Jeremy just made a distant dream possible for me, and I can't thank him enough for that and neither will I soon forget it. I highly recommend this course for anyone who thinks they need to become a developer to break into tech, I'm living proof that it's not true and I can't recommend enough that you give Jeremy a chance to show you how it's possible.

I feel this is an excellent course. It not only covers the functions of LinkedIn but also information to help people looking for work and the nuances of doing job searches online. For people that may have been out of the job market because of life situations this course can help them be successful from start to finish regarding finding their dream job.

WOW, what a really great course to gain insight on the tech industry, its roles, my fit, and very practical steps to gaining confidence in the tech job search. I really enjoyed this course, I appreciate how it's broken up into very small steps, with call-to-actions, and email reminders to continue learning. It is evident that these roles have been thoroughly researched, making it so much easier to find out what your role in the tech field is. I went through this and it's so great, I've been able to make connections at different tech companies following the advice. I've been able to revamp my LinkedIn and I feel much more confident about my ability to transition into the tech industry. Thank you so much for this great course!

My completion percentage of Jeremy's course had an almost- direct correlation with me getting a job. After following the advice in the course, I received a verbal offer and a final interview with an EVP before even watching all the video content. (Although, I'd read all the text summaries...) I am a senior year college student and I just got started with my job/internship applications. This course has made me realize how much I was missing on. We have one mindset while we are hunting for a job but the recruiter's perspective is totally different which creates the gap responsible to keep us away from the game.
